Now, physicists at MIT and the Weizmann Institute of Science have observed electrons flowing in vortices, or whirlpools—a hallmark of fluid flow that theorists predicted electrons should exhibit, but that has never been seen until now.
"Electron vortices are expected in theory, but there's been no direct proof, and seeing is believing," says Leonid Levitov, professor of physics at MIT. "Now we've seen it, and it's a clear signature of being in this new regime, where electrons behave as a fluid, not as individual particles."
"Tungsten ditelluride is one of the new quantum materials where electrons are strongly interacting and behave as quantum waves rather than particles," Levitov says. "In addition, the material is very clean, which makes the fluid-like behavior directly accessible."
"We observed a change in the flow direction in the chambers, where the flow direction reversed the direction as compared to that in the central strip," Levitov says. "That is a very striking thing, and it is the same physics as that in ordinary fluids but happening with electrons on the nanoscale. That's a clear signature of electrons being in a fluid-like regime."
Like humans, apes communicate to start and end social interactions.
"Sharing intentions and working together on a common goal leads to a mutual sense of obligation otherwise known as joint commitment—and now, she and her team are seeing evidence in great apes that might challenge the long-held claim that joint commitment is unique to humans.
The signals included gestures like touching each other, holding hands or butting heads, or gazing at each other, before and after encounters like grooming or play.”

"Even when animals can be trained to associate two items with the symbol 2 and three items with 3, “that does not mean they could put those symbols together to [get that] 2 + 3 = 5,” Dyer said. “Now, that’s a trivial mathematical problem for an elementary school student.” But experiments designed to test for that kind of symbolic reasoning in animals, he noted, have yet to be performed.
By taking this step beyond numerosity and building a symbolic system of enumeration, humans have been able to develop a more precise and discrete concept of number, manipulate quantities according to specific rules, and establish an entire science around their abstract use — what we would call mathematics.
Life's focus is symbolically represented within the geometry of one's own psyche. For all intents and purposes Life's implications imply that there must exist a virtual field in which choice originates. Life creates the virtual field/context where we observe, perceive and reflect upon ourselves.
Life is a learning Experience
Every dimension/impression is made apparent at a different vibration, i.e. frequency, than another. Each dimension is designed and defined by virtue of every agent/agency (pattern of energy in motion) that shares in the expression of a commonly shared concept, idea or blueprint they’ve participated in and likewise created together. Agents of similar vibration will attract agencies of like kind while simultaneously dismissing those that demonstrate a lack of coherence or resonance – all within the framework of a commonly felt impression or desire. Space and time (duality) create the framework used to embrace every potential and/or probable observation chosen from within every potential and probable dimension, typically interpreted as an event and/or experience. Every observation is symbolically referenced and captured within every “time frame” chosen from within an ever-changing and perpetually moving timeline. High vibrational frequencies are incrementally expressed in the smallest feasible frame of reference and is considered unobservable. Lower vibration frequencies are incrementally expressed in larger frames of reference and therefore become more observable. Humanity’s consciousness and awareness rests in between the observable and the unobservable, the tangible and the intangible, the “known” and the “unknown”. Agents and agencies that together share in these same vibrational expressions of energy in motion, likewise share, create and participate in the relative “fabrication” of a dimension they together create.
Might not lower frequency ranges (spectrums, octaves, intervals) describe dark “matter” and higher frequency ranges light “matter”? It all appears to be a matter of perspective and observation.
