Design Hypothesis: 

Consciousness is conceptual, illusional, symbolic, metaphoric and virtual in character. Consciousness is the quintessential archetype. Consciousness is the concomitant consequence associated with a range of multidimensional patterns of energy whose origin rests beyond the subconscious. 

Awareness brings forward a “sense of consciousness” by fostering correspondences and fusing the concepts of meaning and purpose. Metaphysical in content and context, quantum, fractal and holographic in representation, all forms of energy/Life are revealed and made apparent by means of Design. Design is lovingly veiled in all that can be seen, measure and/or felt. Design describes a metaphysical and multidimensional process. The design process is dependent upon knowledge, understanding, intention, intuition, imagination and awareness. Design creates a network of energy in motion (EIM) between fields/states/points/agents and patterns of awareness. Design creates a virtual, symbiotic and metaphoric lattice between consciousness, the subconscious and the unconscious, the tangible and the intangible, the known and the unknown, the seen and the unseen. QBism and its relationship to Design and Design Consciousness

The weirdness of quantum mechanics forces scientists to confront philosophy

"QBism takes the role of an agent as central. It assumes that probabilities in quantum mechanics reflect the current state of the agent's knowledge or beliefs about the world, as he or she makes bets about what will happen in the future. Superpositions and entanglements are not states of the world, in this view, but expressions of how an agent experiences the world. As such, they are not as mysterious as they may sound. The onus of quantum weirdness is transferred to an agent's interactions with the world."

Note: Generally speaking, what is highlighted in red above closely describes many of the concepts upon which design consciousness rests.

Commentary:

In reference to the definition above and its relationship to QBism and design consciousness, I would take issue with the term "betting" as the best way of describing the "circumstances". Rather, I believe there is an internal, subconscious, and intuitional tendency to search and find balance, symmetry and/or harmony between agent/s, observer/s and context/s in which an experience/s or event/s is/are made aware of.

For this reason, concepts in support of there being a design consciousness innate to the composition of every person, i.e. soul, can only be considered and resolved symbolically. Every idea surrounding "language" is symbolic in character, meaning and purpose. They all have been designed.

Symbolism uses signs, analogy and metaphor as constructs designed to resonate with this internal concept of a "Presence". This philosophy is enacted in 3D spacetime through many forms of persuasion, information, energy and education representing the spectrums of art, religion, science, culture, government and civilization. 

All that is known to be tangible and intangible is created by virtue of a designed consciousness. All those that believe the same are led to know and realize it.

- One objective for attaining a design consciousness is to create and maintain a balance and harmony within the contexts of every circumstance, and understanding that the meaning in support of this purpose can only be found within.

- Design is veiled by symbol, analogy, and metaphor. Design remains hidden by virtue of a lack of awareness.

- Love harbors the synchronicities of Life, often circumstantial, always catalytic.

- My understanding of the moment may be different than yours, yet both points of view emerge from within the same circumstantial event/experience that brought us together.

- The concept of consciousness might best be described as an accumulation of awareness' begotten by events and experiences made in reference to these events. Likened to the underlying ideas of meaning and purpose that embrace the concept of design, objectives are pursued and goals attained in a course of events that could only be described by virtue of the very consciousness that created them.

Question: What do architects do?
Answer: They design.

Question: How do you design?
Answer: Wear many moccasins.
Question: Who designs?
Answer: All that is conscious.
Question: Who and/or what is conscious?
Answer: All things.
Question: Where is design?
Answer: Everywhere.
Question: What designs?
Answer: Everything.

- The language of light is harbored in the sound of multi-dimensional thinking.

- Focus brings balance and unity to what has been revealed to be a virtual field of quantum origin and context.

- The common coherence shared by all humanity is the love for our children for they are the reflections of a Love that we ourselves have begotten.

- Anomalies reveal the incongruities experienced in space and time. Each disclosure directs our focus towards unity and the re-configuration of our own consciousness.

- Every concept of reality contributes to a network of awareness' we describe as consciousness. This is a network of Light, Energy and Information that changes in reference to every sensual and observable experience/pulsation. For you see the symbolic concepts of time, space, reality and dimension are but tools of a perpetually changing field (toroidal) of energy we experience as Consciousness.

- Observation is an act of creation. Participation is an immediate and intrinsic result and re-cognition of this act.

- Design consciousness implies that you intuitively recognize the symbols that appear in your life and are willing to respond to them within reason.

- By design, consciousness can always be perceived as in formation.

Concepts of Space/Time and Reality
Aetheric, plasmic, virtual, quantum, holograms, mathematics, art, the Tao etc. are conceptual attributes humanly coded/created and developed in order to re-cognize and in turn categorize, the concepts of space/time and reality. These impressions are conceived about a wide variety of symbolic re-presentations used in order to bring meaning and purpose (design) to what seems, or is felt as being, a chaotic situation/experience regarded as Life. These reactions are founded upon certain catalytic/symbolic impressions, i.e. perturbations/forces that individually and collectively resonate within and upon the conscious field of the beholder. These interpretations include the concept of Design itself as the primary coding agency.

You are not obligated to accept any belief system other than your own. Listen however, to the opinions of others, internally measure and bring into balance these impressions as they relate to your own POV, i.e. perspective of reality. Ponder upon the concept/idea from within to determine if you yourself resonate to such a disturbance. Choose to become coherent or discordant, absorb or reject, the choice is yours in knowing that your Life will change according to the choices you make ... NOW. Your response to these forces create the concept of "duality" that is currently being exercised about you in three dimensional space/time. These choices create the "electric" current, i.e. the force, about which these intentions will attracted. A magnetic field will draw to you that which will be needed to attain your objectives and your goals.

There is no correct response other than to create a design situation in which the forces that surround and in turn influence you, might be allowed to manifest by means of your own desires/focus. Your heart is literally the source/agent for these changes. Your heart is at the core of your vibration to which all other agents are linked and connected. Your center and in turn your evolutionary path, rests upon connections/relationships that together give relative "form" to many etheric/quantum force fields of your own making. Again, choice allows you to determine the vastness of your field of awareness/consciousness including your ability to accept and absorb the contextual/etheric field in which these events symbolically occur.

Design implies that a decision be made. A certain attraction unbeknownst to anyone else, draws you closer to what you sense. You become overwhelmed while striving for congruency. A subconscious drive carries you forward towards a previously unknown harmony experienced through knowledge and understanding. What is being registered is similarly being expressed by means of a reflection of energy to which you resonate. What was once unknown becomes recognized by means of a correspondence/design that straddled the regions of the seen and the unseen, the tangible and the intangible.

Know that your choices are neither right nor wrong, but contributions to an ever changing realm/dimension that by designing a"continuity of conscious awareness", humanity will begin to learn how to adapt and will continue to evolve. Becoming aware of the many design patterns that symbolically surround you likewise prepares you to learn how to maintain the roles of both a conductor* and a resistor in an ever changing force field (reality) you've determined to create for yourself at levels not yet experienced.

In order to maintain consciousness a continuity of awareness must be maintained so as to bring into relative manifestation a Reality founded upon intangible re-sources. If you haven't already realized, humanity already serves in this function to a certain individualized and inconsistent degree. What is implied here is that the context surrounding future "situations" will no longer be required to be materialized or made tangible, but will expand beyond the parameters of a what might be considered a visible, i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, dimension. That which is of the highest order/frequency/purity will be desired in the future and in turn absorbed for the sake of experiencing Life at a level both individually and collectively considered the most appropriate for the human species. In this fashion all will continue to change, but remain the same for those who choose to remain dormant.

Now is the time to ask yourself just how successful current definitions of reality have taken us in our search for balance and a rewarding Life. Are we willing to change? Are we willing to make the necessary choices to experience the peacefulness and stability that exists within the center of each of us? How aware are we? How aware am I?

- Accept that which inspires you with the knowledge that wherever it takes you, that is where your supposed to be. Listen to your internal compass. It is symbolically linked to who you really are by design. Apply your consciousness wisely.

- We are searching for the concept of a reality that affords us the opportunity to experience balance and harmony. Events and experiences guide us along our way, symbolically wrapped in shroud of form and matter. Not all signposts are entirely hidden, some are blatantly obvious. Design affords us the eyes to see by virtue of what we create within the greater context of Consciousness itself.

- Context can be found within the confines of the observer/perceiver. Context creates the backdrop for awareness, revelation and epiphany.
