Awareness, Consciousness and Emotional Intelligence

Conceptual impressions surrounding this post have yet to be substantiated, corroborated, confirmed or woven into a larger argument or network.

KINDS OF AWARENESS

Design Postulate: Perception harbors a low level of awareness/frequency. All living creatures have their own unique ability to perceive the context, circumstance or situation that surrounds them. Things change slowly.
perceive      1 become aware or conscious of (something); come to realize or understand: | [with clause] : .       become aware of (something) by the use of one of the senses, especially that of sight:       2 interpret or look on (someone or something) in a particular way; regard as: |

“Perception is more like a reflection of reality, than reality itself.” Indian Proverb "Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth." Marcus Aurelius. "All our knowledge is the offspring of our perceptions." Leonardo Di Vinci. "It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see." Henry David Thoreau. "The moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body." Dr. Bruce Lipton

Design Postulate: To observe describes a more acute form of awareness where the context, circumstance or situation appears to possess a specific meaning and/or purpose. Being aware, i.e. conscious, has symbolic overtones while beginning to vibrate at higher frequencies. The ability to concentrate, remain attentive and persevere contribute towards a further expansion of awareness/consciousness. Change is now beginning to quickly evolve.observe [with object]       notice or perceive (something) and register it as being significant: [with clause] :        watch (someone or something) carefully and attentively:       take note of or detect (something) in the course of a scientific study:       [reporting verb] make a remark: [with direct speech] :   [with clause] :     fulfill or comply with (a social, legal, ethical, or religious obligation):        maintain (silence) in compliance with a rule or custom, or temporarily as a mark of respect:        perform or take part in (a rite or ceremony):       celebrate or acknowledge (an anniversary):
"Observation[1] is the active acquisition of information from a primary source. In living beings, observation employs the senses. In science, observation can also involve the perception and recording of data via the use of scientific instruments. The term may also refer to any data collected during the scientific activity. Observations can be qualitative, that is, only the absence or presence of a property is noted, or quantitative if a numerical value is attached to the observed phenomenon by counting or measuring."https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Observation
"Observe always that everything is the result of a change and get used to thinking that there is nothing Nature loves so well as to change existing forms and to make new ones like them."— Meditations. iv.36.  Marcus Aurelius "Self-observation brings man to the realization of the necessity of self-change. And in observing himself a man notices that self-observation itself brings about certain changes in his inner processes. He begins to understand that self-observation is an instrument of self-change, a means of awakening." George Gurdjieff "Choice is the key, because human beings are the only creatures who can choose to evolve, who can shape their destiny. Furthermore, we have been given the gift of "self-awareness," which allows us to step back into our true selves to observe and use our brains to create the world we wish to live in."  Deepak Chopra"What is this self-inside us, this silent observer, severe and speechless critic, who can terrorize us, and urge us onto futile activity, and in the end, judge us still more severely for the errors into which his own reproaches drove us?"  T. S. Eliot "An artist is an explorer. He has to begin by self-discovery and by observation of his own procedure. After that he must not feel under any constraint." Henri Matisse"What we observe is not nature itself, but nature exposed to our method of questioning."  Werner Heisenberg "We have so committed ourselves in different ways that we have hardly any time for self-reflection, to observe, to study." Jiddu Krishnamurti https://quotlr.com/quotes-about-self-observation

Design Postulate: To participate describes the virtue of becoming symbolically aware of the relationship between one's self and the collective. Diversified levels of awareness attract creating unique and never before experienced microcosmic patterns. Networks emerge and recede, attract, engage, and congeal into macro systems of energy in motion, i.e. change.Vibration, i.e. awareness, increases and fluctuates at an exponentially high/intense rate. Multi dimensional coherency creates a diversity of portals and contexts for further expansion and reflection. Situations appear chaotic yet retain their balance when observed from within.
Change is rampant and rapid. Awareness is intensified and responses immediate and made in reference to the moment. An underlying logic appears veiled within a realm of further potentiality symbolically integrated in the language of every participant/creator.
participate     1 take part: thousands participated in a nationwide strike.      2 (participate of) archaic have or possess (a particular quality):

WHAT ARE EMOTIONS?"Emotions are mental states brought on by neurophysiological changes, variously associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioural responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure.[1][2][3][4][5] There is currently no scientific consensus on a definition.[citation needed] Emotions are often intertwined with mood, temperament, personality, disposition, or creativity.[6] Emotions produce different physiological, behavioral and cognitive changes. In some theories, cognition is an important aspect of emotion. Other theories, however, claim that emotion is separate from and can precede cognition. Consciously experiencing an emotion is exhibiting a mental representation of that emotion from a past or hypothetical experience, which is linked back to a content state of pleasure or displeasure.[10] The content states are established by verbal explanations of experiences, describing an internal state.[11] Emotions are complex. There are various theories on the question of whether or not emotions cause changes in our behaviour.[5] Emotions involve different components, such as subjective experience, cognitive processes, expressive behavior, psychophysiological changes, and instrumental behavior."1. Panksepp, Jaak (2005). Affective neuroscience : the foundations of human and animal emotions ([Reprint] ed.). Oxford [u.a.]: Oxford Univ. Press. p. 9. ISBN 978-0195096736. Our emotional feelings reflect our ability to subjectively experience certain states of the nervous system. Although conscious feeling states are universally accepted as major distinguishing characteristics of human emotions, in animal research the issue of whether other organisms feel emotions is little more than a conceptual embarrassment 2. ^ Damasio AR (May 1998). What is Emotional Intelligence?

Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to one’s ability to recognize and regulate their own emotion, be aware of what the emotions mean and understand how it affects them and others. EI also involves understanding others’ emotions as well. EI requires that we differentiate between distinct emotions, label emotions accurately, monitor them and use this information to improve our thinking and decision making. Also known as emotional quotient (EQ), emotional intelligence quotient (EIQ) and emotional leadership (EL), this tendency to identify emotions appropriately enables us to control our thoughts and behaviors and adjust them according to our objectives or the environment. Ei is believed to include four basic abilities –

• The ability to perceive emotions • The ability to understand emotions • The ability to use emotions for reasoning • The ability to regulate or control emotions

FEELINGS VERSUS EMOTIONSMany people use the terms “feeling” and “emotion” as synonyms, but they are not interchangeable. While they have similar elements, there is a marked difference between feelings and emotions. Feelings. Both emotional experiences and physical sensations — such as hunger or pain — bring about feelings, according to Psychology Today. Feelings are a conscious experience, although not every conscious experience, such as seeing or believing, is a feeling, as explained in the article. Emotions. According to Psychology Today, an emotion “can only ever be felt…through the emotional experiences it gives rise to, even though it might be discovered through its associated thoughts, beliefs, desires, and actions.” Emotions are not conscious but instead manifest in the unconscious mind. These emotions can be brought to the surface of the conscious state through extended psychotherapy. A fundamental difference between feelings and emotions is that feelings are experienced consciously, while emotions manifest either consciously or subconsciously. Some people may spend years, or even a lifetime, not understanding the depths of their emotions. https://counseling.online.wfu.edu/blog/difference-feelings-emotions/

THE IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EMOTION AND FEELINGS Despite the words being used interchangeably, emotions and feelings are actually two different but connected phenomena. Emotions originate as sensations in the body. Feelings are influenced by our emotions but are generated from our mental thoughts. Emotions are the raw data, a reaction to the present reality, whereas feelings can be diluted by stories we’ve created in our head based on events of the past or fears of the future—not necessarily the truth of the situation. Listening to our bodily emotions, informed by our sense perception, helps us connect to the reality of our present experience rather than to stories made of potentially inaccurate beliefs.Recognizing and responding to your emotions is a beautiful way to practice self-agency. Once you’re familiar with what your emotions are telling you, you can go straight to the source in your body to stay balanced. Emotional intelligence helps you come back into the present moment by grounding yourself in your body, assessing your needs, managing reactivity with self-agency, and engaging in more thoughtful decision-making. Emotions are a wise language within you, always trying to give you useful information to stay regulated, resilient, and show up as your best self. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-pleasure-is-all-yours/202202/the-important-difference-between-emotions-and-feelings

Consciousness is made symbolically apparent by means of awareness.

A design correlation might be described as an awareness surrounding certain symbolic attributes involving an event or experience you believe to be similar to your own. This sense of awareness is made relevant by virtue of introspection. This phenomenon helps determine certain qualities that are jointly expressed with connection to others by making symbolic connotations with your own level of awareness, i.e. consciousness.
connotation  an idea or feeling that a word invokes in addition to its literal or primary meaning:  Philosophy the abstract meaning or intension of a term, which forms a principle determining which objects or concepts it applies to. Often contrasted with denotation.: overtone, undertone, undercurrent, implication, hidden meaning, nuance, hint, echo, vibrations, association, intimation, suggestion, suspicion, insinuation.

True design correlations are based upon facts and are intuitively, intellectually and emotionally driven to reveal what might be considered a form of "designed entanglement" that purposely reaches out beyond constraints. These impressions predetermine certain points of focus found to be fundamental to the exponential expansion of consciousness through awareness.
assumption:      1 a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof:      2 the action of taking or beginning to take power or responsibility:     (Assumption) the reception of the Virgin Mary bodily into heaven. This was formally declared a doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church in 1950. See also Dormition.      the feast in honor of this, celebrated on August 15.      4 archaic arrogance or presumption.

Design consciousness is central to the transfer of change and energy in motion by means of the subconscious.

A designed consciousness is symbolically veiled in every creative experience and event.

Feeling might be considered an emotional impression as might thinking a mental impression. In all probability, fields of change/energy in motion, overlap, correspond, radiate, appear both coherent and incoherent, entangled, unpredictable and dualistic in nature. These forces will, at times, become apparent when we perceive, observe, participate and witness the realities we have symbolically designed and created within and around us.

A Trine (abbreviated as "Tri") is an angle of 120°, which is 1/3 of the 360° ecliptic... Traditionally, a Trine is extremely beneficial. It indicates harmony, ease and what is natural. A Trine may involve innate talent or ability. In transit, an event may emerge from a current or past situation in a natural way. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astrological_aspect#Trine

"It’s important to understand that emotions are not the same as feelings. Emotions are responses the mind makes from a space of defining something as being either Good or Bad. Feelings operate in the realm of discernment. They help us intuitively recognize what is expanding us and what is contracting us inwardly. Intuitive feelings differ from emotions, because they do not operate in the duality of labeling ideas or experiences as either Good or Bad. To feel is to expand, and to expand is to love ... visionaries knew that Love is what's helping every living being to progress and evolve. Love itself is neutrality. Love does not operate in duality."

* * *Design Hypothesis:
Consciousness is conceptual, illusional, symbolic and metaphoric and virtual in character. Consciousness is the quintessential archetype. Consciousness is the concomitant consequence associated with a range of multidimensional patterns of energy whose origin rests beyond the subconscious.

Awareness brings forward a “sense of consciousness” by fostering correspondences and fusing the concepts of meaning and purpose. Metaphysical in content and context, quantum, fractal and holographic in representation, all forms of energy/Life are revealed and made apparent by means of Design. Design is lovingly veiled in all that can be seen, known, measured and/or felt. (12.10.2022)

Design describes a metaphysical and multidimensional process. The design process is dependent upon knowledge, understanding, intention, intuition, imagination and awareness. Design creates a network of energy in motion (EIM) between fields/states/points/agents and patterns of awareness. Design creates a virtual, symbiotic and metaphoric lattice between consciousness, the subconscious and the unconscious, the tangible and the intangible, the known and the unknown, the seen and the unseen. All forms of energy in motion are based upon principles of meaning and purpose both felt and understood. (01.13.2023)
What is a designer? Designers are men and women who are faithful to themselves and others, who creatively abide and amalgamate their skills and knowledge with love and integrity - the goal: personal, collective, global and soular balance and harmony. (09.01.2022)
