A NEW PERSPECTIVE?
Observation describes a particular form of perspective and/or point of view. In 3D spacetime every perspective includes both a foreground and a background. This "context" has been defined as three dimensional space and time based upon the experience, perspective, observation and the power of the imagination.
Note: events and experiences in three dimensional space are embraced within the context of time, i.e. the fourth dimension. Together they create a dualistic framework for all forms and methods of perception, observation and interpretation.
We perceive and observe our concept of reality from a position (point) central within a dualistic framework defined as spacetime. It is from this same focal point we view all we sense, think and feel around and inside us. These "points of view" take on many different perspectives and contexts.
Every observation implies that there's a perceiver. A perceiver describes the central position about which all observations are made.
Events and experiences can be artificially perceived but not fully observed until symbolically interpreted. AI has no meaning or purpose unless some form of intelligence (opinion, fact, knowledge, understanding, wisdom) enters to create a designed loop, i.e. input/output. AI has no power unless it is made available, imparted, furnished, bestowed, rendered, given or provided. Consciousness by virtue of awareness, will always be an overseer whether perceived or observed.
perceive: to become aware or conscious of (something) come to realize or understand, to look at something in a particular way by using one of the senses especially that of sight, discern, recognize, become cognizant, to know, distinguish, understand, identify, appreciate, realize, ascertain, intuit, observe, assess. appraise, to think
observer: person who watches or notices something, follows closely, a participant, a witness, an onlooker, notices, discerns, detects, discovers, distinguishes, to see, contemplate, survey, scrutinize, survey, monitor, perceive,
There is a natural overlap and symbolic link between perceiving and observing any event or experience. Events and experiences are constantly being "weighed" at their most intangible, subtle and aetheric levels of awareness, i.e. energy in motion, always changing in moments of time and in frames of space.

Perceptions and observations can be artificially sensed, known, learned, discovered, understood and felt. Perception and observation can both document and be documented. Perceptions and observations are interpretive in nature and evaluate what is being thought and felt.
Perceptions and observations are dependent upon signs and symbols that together usher in a meaning and a purpose.
It is important to witness (observe) an event or experience, awareness is rooted in every space and space. Every perception and observation is a symbolic one, a point of awareness that consciousness cannot escape.
To be a designer you must be more than an observer.
